We respect your privacy and will NEVER give or sell your contact information to third party companies or individuals. Following are the policies on how your profile information is used.

Who can access and view your contact information:

  1. Native Art Network Staff. We safeguard your information and use it responsibly for the business purposes of Native Art Network.
  2. Native Art Network Artists. Artists are expected to use contact information solely for promoting their artwork in a responsible and ethical way. You release your contact information (email address, postal address, and phone numbers) to member artists for their use by one of two ways:
    • you contact the artist through the web page or
    • you request to be added to the artist's contact list.

Artists do not have access to your information unless you explicitly provide them access by one of these ways.

How your contact information is used by artists:

When you release your contact information to Native Art Network artists, they have access to your postal address, email address and phone numbers to use for promotional purposes. Native Art Network artists are expected to use such information responsibly and ethically. Native Art Network can not exercise complete control over how artists use your contact information and assumes no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect consequences of damages arising from use of your contact information by our member artists.

However, abuse of contact information is grounds for membership termination. If you feel your contact information is used irresponsibly, contact us at 877-522-6843 and we will work diligently to investigate and take appropriate action we decide is warranted.

How your email address is used by Native Art Network:

We will email you information regarding your account, e.g. policy changes, issues with your account, etc.

You may "opt-in" to receive other email from Native Art Network, in which case you will receive occasional email from us containing announcements and newsletters. You may log in and change this setting at any time. You will never receive email solicitations from any third party via your Native Art Network membership.

How your phone numbers are used by Native Art Network:

You will never receive phone solicitations of any kind from Native Art Network. We may contact you by phone regarding issues with your membership.
