are the policies on how your profile information is used.
Who can access and view your contact
information:
Native Art Network Staff. We safeguard
your information and use it responsibly for the business
purposes of Native Art Network.
Native Art Network Artists. Artists are
expected to use contact information solely for promoting
their artwork in a responsible and ethical way. You release
your contact information (email address, postal address,
and phone numbers) to member artists for their use by one
of two ways:
you contact the artist through the web page or
you request to be added to the artist's contact list.
Artists do not have access to your information unless you
explicitly provide them access by one of these ways.
How your contact information is
used by artists:
When you release your contact information
to Native Art Network artists, they have access to your postal
address, email address and phone numbers to use for promotional
purposes. Native Art Network artists are expected to use such
information responsibly and ethically. Native Art Network
can not exercise complete control over how artists use your
contact information and assumes no liability whatsoever for
any direct or indirect consequences of damages arising from
use of your contact information by our member artists.
However, abuse of contact information is
grounds for membership termination. If you feel your contact
information is used irresponsibly, contact us at 877-522-6843
and we will work diligently to investigate and take appropriate
action we decide is warranted.
How your email address is used by
Native Art Network:
We will email you information regarding
your account, e.g. policy changes, issues with your account,
etc.
You may "opt-in" to receive other
email from Native Art Network, in which case you will receive
occasional email from us containing announcements and newsletters.
You may log in and change this setting at any time. You will
never receive email solicitations from any third party via
your Native Art Network membership.
How your phone numbers are used
by Native Art Network:
You will never receive phone solicitations
of any kind from Native Art Network. We may contact you by
phone regarding issues with your membership.
How your postal address is used
by Native Art Network:
You may receive occasional postal mailings
from Native Art Network.
We allow business members to send Native
American, art and other business related postal mailings through
us. These mailings are brokered and set up so that your address
is never seen by the business members doing the mailings.
Address labels indicate to you that mailings are through Native
Art Network.
